1. How can I participate in the Oreo Play Pledge Campaign?

• You need to click on the ‘Oreo Play Pledge “ Banner on “Jio Engage” tab / icon within MyJio app.
• You can take part in two activities : Unscramble and Oreo Frame. For more details, please refer to the T&Cs of the Campaign.
• If you do not have the MyJio app installed on your phone, you will have to download it from the Android Play Store/ Apple Store, as applicable and data charges and expenses of the same will be borne by you. Jio mobile SIM customers (users) will be automatically logged into MyJio App.

For Non-Jio Users

Non-Jio users will have to complete the registration through an OTP process. OTP is generated as soon as you submit your Mobile number. In case it is not received, please check the number you have entered and click the ‘Re-send’ button. However, this campaign is available only on Smartphone (Android / iOS); so this campaign is not available for Jio Phone users

2. What should I do if I am not able to access the Oreo Play Pledge Campaign?

If you are unable to access the Campaign in the MyJio App, please follow the below steps:
• Check whether you have data connectivity. It is possible that you might not be able to access the App because of poor data connectivity.
Update the latest version of the MyJio App from the Play Store / App Store.
Force close the MyJio App in your device.
Clear Cache / cookies from Settings -> Apps -> MyJio
Open MyJio App once again.

3. Can anyone participate in the Oreo Play Pledge Campaign?

You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to participate in the Campaign:
(i) You need to be a natural person acting for purpose outside your business or profession, and citizen of India;
(ii) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(iii) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Campaign;
(iv) You shall be legally competent to enter into binding contract under the applicable laws of India.
